Adduce work closely with both prosecution and defence solicitors and barristers on criminal and civil cases throughout England and Wales providing expert witness attendance. Our experts are fully conversant with Civil and Criminal Procedure Rules and routinely provide live evidence in Court.
Our experience in forensic collision investigation and reconstruction combined with specialist training in vehicle inspection and incident scene examination enable us to construct preliminary analysis of a case with impartial advice and possible indication of likely liability. Once instructed, we would then go on to provide a full comprehensive investigation and prepare expert reports to be presented as evidence, if required in Court.
A quotation will always be provided for the work considered and the expert will endeavour to provide the client with regular updates and when necessary, further estimates of costs should this arise.
